The Stage Academy of Music is a pretty rocking place to take drum lessons. You'll get to practice with two full electric kits in our Band Practice room using method books and computer resources. And, if you're up for it, you get to play in a band with other teachers and students.
Why's that important?
As for using electric kits, that's not so much of an advantage for you as it is for the rest of us in the building. However, having two kits is essential for maximizing lesson time and getting proper instruction from your teacher. You don't want to waste half your lesson time getting on an off the kit so your instructor can show you a lick. Having two also lets your instructor come in with the drum line to get you back on track when you're working with a song.
